To schedule an appointment or to ask questions about Lana Gray International’s services, please call 407-260-5715.


You are responsible for payment of your scheduled time. We accept credit card, checks, and cash for your convenience. Please note that there is a $35 fee on any returned check.


Lana Gray International is by appointment only and your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. If you find that your are unable to keep your appointment for any reason, please provide us with 24 hour notice by calling 407-260-5715 as we would like the opportunity to offer that time slot to another Lana Gray client. If we do not answer, please leave a voicemail message. We certainly understand that emergencies happen and graciously offer our clients 3 late cancels or no shows. After your 3rd late cancel or no show, we will implement a cancellation fee of 50% of the visit cost. A late cancellation is defined as calling the day of your appointment and a no show is defined as not calling or showing up to your scheduled appointment.


We do not participate with any insurance carriers. If your hair removal is deemed medically necessary, we can provide you with a receipt to include with your claim submission that you will directly submit to your insurance carrier.

Gift Certificate Policy

Gift certificates are available in any amount and can be purchased by phone or in office. Certificates are nonrefundable and valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified. Please remember to place your gift certificate in a safe place as we are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced gift certificates.

Sick symptoms

We maintain a high standard of cleanliness for the sake of our clients and staff. If you are showing signs of being ill, we ask that you notify us and we will reschedule you for a better time. We will decline your treatment if you show signs of being sick. The health of our clients and staff is critical to maintain a safe and productive environment.
